Overall love Happy and the service they provide! Friendly on-site staff, got oil change and tires rotated in a timely manner, answered my questions and they made sure I was satisfied. I only gave 4 stars out of 5 because of the phone and online service. People are answering in Chicago and have no idea about my existing oil change package or even if the express lane was open in Rochester. I was given the “main number” and then called “service number” listed on web. I was transferred SEVERAL times and then got an answering machine. I tried to schedule online over 2 ...
