We worked with Kyle, he was great to work with. We bought a 2018 Toyota 4 runner. We came from out of town, so he sent extra pictures, and held the car once we told him we were leaving, to make sure we did not make a trip for nothing. Adamson Motors is a wonderful family-run business to buy a car or truck. The salesman Jacob was friendly, patient and wanted to help find the right car. Finance Manager Chris was incredible at finding a low interest rate loan. They do business with local credit unions and the loan rate came in 2% lower than other dealers. Their staff is well trained and trustworthy. Adamson Motors is definitively one of the best dealerships in town.
The sales team asked the right questions to learn what I wanted and then asked follow-up questions to see if there were some options that I hadn't thought of. They found a Pacifica and had it there the next day. They made the process of getting my new Pacifica very simple.

Let's start with being personable. Adamson Motors hits it out of the park. My first time stepping foot in the building i was met with comfort not some salesman jumping down my throat but an atmosphere you feel like you're in the driver seat. Everyone is friendly and more than willing to answer questions or bring someone to you that's more knowledgeable instead of pointing and sending you off. It also shows what kind of place this is when you see there is almost no turn over rate there. People don't leave when they start working ...

Zohn is an amazing salesman he was kind and friendly from the moment we got there. He was so helpful in explaining all the features of the vehicle so we knew everything we would be getting. He made us feel so welcomed and never pressured us to leave our budget. After test driving 6 cars at Kia we test drove 2 at Adamson and purchased the 1st car we drove which ended up being below our budget and we even got a great price for our trade in. These people are fantastic from start to finish. If you are unfortunate enough to need body work done like I was they took the pain away. Wayne Nielsen is honest and treats you right. He knows his stuff. The workers and staff are superior. If I ever need body work again Adamson is where I’m going.
Was stuck on hold with service group twice listening to the same recording every minute telling me to schedule on line. Tried to schedule online but no option for tire repair. If select tire rotation first opening is 15 days later. Two strikes. Gave up after two tries and asked operator for a call back. Eventually got service. It shouldn’t be that hard.

Using Adamson’s Express Service for my scheduled oil change, tire rotation and suggested manufacturer’s multi-point inspection allowed me to get the service I needed before my family’s next vacation. Good coffee. Be prepared to wait while the work is being done. Express means you get in quickly, it doesn’t mean they rush the work.
I had my vehicle in for in repairs and they did a great job repairing my vehicle. My vehicle was washed and cleaned when I picked it up! I will use them again and highly recommend them!
The check engine light came on and I called Adamsons to read the code. They were able to get me in within a few days and had the work done in a couple of hours. They have done a great job every time we have needed work done on our Dodge.
